The leaf powder of Stevia-r is used as starting material, mixed with commercial mineral water in 1: 20 ratio and warmed to 70°C and extracted in SS kettle using a proprietary extraction procedure. Extraction is at a constant set temperature for a fixed period of time with regular agitation. The mixture is centrifuged after 24 hours and the process is repeated. The liquid from both extracts are pooled, concentrated to which, permitted preservatives are added, filtered, de-odorised and packed. Stevia rebaudiana in general is approved as a dietary supplement by US FDA vides IA # 45-06.

STEVIER liquid is an ideal tabletop sweetener, which can be used at home, workplace and can be carried along. STEVIER liquid is an excellent sweetener, totally calorie free, and readily mixes in any liquid (aqueous) preparation. STEVIER liquid is about 8 times sweeter than sugar, all natural, very safe, and even has been approved by US FDA as a dietary supplement. This liquid extract can also be used in preparation of Kheer, Indian sweets, Kesari etc. It can also be blended with cane sugar in any product, reducing the amount of cane sugar by 50% or more. Such products would indeed have much lesser calories as compared to total sugar based products.

STEVIER liquid is available in 50ml, 100ml, 200ml and 1000ml bottles. Six to eight drops of the extract is sufficient to sweeten an average cup of milk, tea, coffee or juice.
